  We called to make an appointment the night before for 3 pedicures at 10:30am. Only to walk into a completely full salon with only 2 workers. We were then asked to wait 30 minutes AFTER our original appointment time. We were on a strict time schedule. What is the point of making an appointment if you are STILL expected to wait?! This USED to be our spot, but I will say now that We will find a new pedicure spot. Poor time management, lack of staff, and bad customer service. Very disappointed.
