  I've done the big cheap monthly gyms. I've done expensive full service gyms. But none of them ever made me actually want to go to the gym. John and his cadre of coaches makes me want to go. And unlike the rumored crossfit cult of pushing yourself until you snap, they watch and make sure you are doing things the right way first and then push to build on the form. Even injured, by my own pig headedness, they still welcomed me into the gym and modified the workouts to work around my injury.
